| Perfectly located, casually elegant 1895 Queen Anne home, a block from the Avon River and parks. Walk to the theatres, restaurants and downtown shops. Original art, comfy furnishings, cozy beds and warm hospitality set us apart. Scrumptious gourmet breakfasts, lunches and dinners prepared by chef/owner, a graduate of the local Stratford Chefs School. A large sweeping verandah and inviting garden patio are made for our guests to relax and read or enjoy our gourmet fare. We are centrally air-conditioned and smoke and pet-free. We are full and active members of the Stratford and Area Bed and Breakfast Association (SABBA) and the Canadian Restaurant and Food Service Association (CRFA.) We love to pamper our guests. Parsley Room

This queen bedded room has natural earth toned walls and is hung with original Canadian art and a Columbian mulla. The original maple floor is accented with a Persian carpet and an antique Canadiana pine chest of drawers. The spacious pine-paneled private bathroom with a tub/shower makes Parsley a favourite of many of our guests.

Sage Room

This comfy room on the second floor has the air of the south of France. Warm sunny coloured walls are complimented with red patterned Souleiado fabrics. A William Winter original pastel and other interesting artwork adorn the walls. An oriental rug lies beside the bed. A large marble shower is featured in the stateroom-like ensuite bathroom.

Rosemary Room

This bright and sunny room has its own private balcony, which overlooks the gardens and patio. It's a perfect spot for morning coffee or an afternoon retreat. The queen bed and twin bed make Rosemary perfect for up to three guests. An antique pine chest of drawers and oriental carpet make this room very inviting. A white paneled ensuite bathroom with a shower adjoins the bedroom.

Thyme Room

Thyme is perfect for an extended stay or a single night. This aerie, lofty room on the third floor is a perfect hideaway from the rest of our home. It features its own central air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a king size bed. A twin bed is located in its own private gable. Up to three guests can share this room in cozy comfort. A sky lit ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower is adjacent.
